Getting Wise

Group Therapy for Stress: Build Resilience & Find Meaning

Wise owl

Are you...

Getting wise to the fact that stress keeps popping up in your life?

Waiting for things to 'calm down' before you take care of yourself?

Struggling with sleep, low energy, thought spirals and overwhelming emotions?

...it's time to get wise!

By now, you've probably realized that stress just keeps coming. It might even feel like everything hits at once, and you can't get a break.

Finding time to catch your breath, reset and take care of yourself might not seem possible - there is no time!

Actually... you're right. There IS no time - like the present. This is exactly the time to wizen up and realize you can choose a different response to your stress.

And we're here to show you how.

Join our 6 week Group Therapy for Stress and get wise about stress. You'll learn how to build resilience, practice skills, and deepen appreciation and meaning for your life.

If you are ready to try something different...
...it's time to get wise!
