Land Acknowledgement
As white settlers on the Haldimand Tract, we acknowledge that we benefit from living and working on stolen land.
This land is the ancestral territory of the Neutral (Attawandaron), Anishnaabe, and Haudenosaunee peoples, who
still live here, in addition to other Indigenous peoples. We are grateful for the generosity of the Indigenous
peoples who welcomed our ancestors to this territory. We acknowledge that we are early in our learning journey,
but seek to generate mutual learning and respectful Indigenous-settler dialogue.
